Family Registration!


Firm Foundation Homeschool Fellowship

Family Registration

Welcome to the 2023-2024 Family Registration process. To hold your spots for Winter Term 2024, you will need to click "Join" in the upper right taskbar and complete the following steps:


  1. Create a username and password: Write it down! This will be the way you access the website for class registration as well as communicate with teachers and families throughout the year.
  2. Enter your children's information: Be sure to click the green "Add child" button and enter the information for every child attending co-op day, including nursery children.
  3. Enter family information: Answer the questions about your family and your personal interests regarding service at FFHF.
  4. Email preferences: Select how you would like to receive email communications for FFHF. Please select "receive the forum emails immediately". This is our main way of keeping in touch throughout the year.
  5. Statement of Faith: We then ask you to read our FFHF Statement of Faith. We will adhere to these core guidelines while at FFHF- Hilltop Church and during FFHF events. We do not expect everyone to agree with them, however, we do expect all FFHF families to know the foundations we are standing on as a co-op and agree to honor and respect them while you are part of this fellowship.
  6. FEES: 
    • FFHF 2023-2024 school year fees are $35 per child (including nursery children), with a family cap of $120 PER TERM.
    • Fee collection will be on a CASH-only for Winter Term 2024.  All fees go to supply needs for classes and operating costs including: garbage, cleaning supplies, nursery supplies, website fees, etc. 
    • Due date for WINTER TERM family registration fees will be due Jan 4th. (including all additional fees for specialty classes).  
    • If your children register for specialty classes with additional supply fees, those will be collected on the first day of class on January 4th.

FFHF will have 3, 10-week Terms throughout the school year.

We meet on Thursdays 9:30am -3:00pm

Student & Class Registration will be done before each Term.


SPRING TERM: September 14 - November 16

WINTER TERM: January 4 - March 7

SPRING TERM: March 28 - May 30


Important Dates

Parent Orientation: September 6th, 6-8pm

End of the year celebration: June 1st
